SPECTRUM DETERMINATION METHOD AND DEVICE IN COGNITIVE RADIO SYSTEM

Disclosed are a spectrum determination method and device in a cognitive radio system. The method includes: a centre management unit receiving information reported by a cognitive system and acquiring usage information about a current frequency point; the centre management unit determining available frequency point information and/or allowed transmit power information for the cognitive system according to the information reported by the cognitive system and the usage information about the current frequency point; and the centre management unit notifying the cognitive system of the available frequency point information and/or allowed transmit power information. In the embodiments of the present invention, it can be ensured that when a cognitive system is introduced on a determined available empty frequency band, a cognitive system and an authorization system both can work normally, and thus the coexistence of the authorization and a plurality of cognitive systems is ensured.
