FIELD: machine building.SUBSTANCE: in vacuum pump-compressor there installed flush with internal side walls of a working chamber are axes of a drive shaft and eccentrically in relation to the chamber are two discs 3 and 4. Between discs 3 and 4 there installed at equal distance from the drive shaft axis by means of shafts are pistons 9 with arc-shaped sides. Between discs 3 and 4 there installed are jumpers 5 with recesses for movement of pistons 9 and projections with external cylindrical surface, the radius of which is equal to radius of housing in its bottom part. On the shaft of each piston 9, on the side of disc 4, which is opposite to jumper 5, there installed is a gear connected by means of a planetary transmission through a gear- satellite to a gear fixed relative to the housing, which is located coaxially with the drive shaft. Disc 3 is connected to a drive shaft with a tight rotation inlet on the side that is opposite to jumper 5.EFFECT: reduction of dynamic loads, improvement of reliability and operating life, enlargement of functional capabilities and improvement of operating efficiency.2 dwg |
