<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an ethylene/α-olefin copolymer that can retain sufficiently high transparency, additionally excellent mechanical properties, for example, stiffness, strength and the like, moldability and blocking resistance, when the copolymer is subjected to the inflation molding into film. <P>SOLUTION: An ethylene/α-olefin copolymer has: a density of 0.900-0.955; MI of 0.01-100 g/10 min; an Mc, which is the chromatographic area ratio of the components having molecular weight of ≥1,000,000, of ≥1%, calculated from the measurement in the chromatogram using the Rayleigh ratio extrapolated the result from the GPS-MALLS measurement to the scattering angle 0 deg.; and the relation between the Mc and the W74, the elution rate in the CFC measurement lower than 74 °C, represented by W74<5.5 Log[Mc]+10.
