This invention has: a face detector (32) for acquiring an image from a camera (2) and detecting the face of a person from the image; a region divider (33) for acquiring an image from the camera (2) and dividing the image region of the image; a brightness calculator (34) for calculating the brightness of the face of the person detected by the face detector (32) and the brightness of each of the divided regions divided by the region divider (33); and a diaphragm adjustment information calculator (35) for identifying a divided region in which the difference between the brightness of the face of the person and the brightness of the divided region is greater than a predetermined value, computationally obtaining a region excluding the identified divided region as the diaphragm adjustment region of the imaging unit (21), and outputting the obtained diaphragm adjustment region as diaphragm adjustment information to a diaphragm adjustor (22) of the camera (2). |
