PURPOSE: A safety aid device for a bathroom and a manufacturing method thereof are provided to secure safety and to be hygienically used. CONSTITUTION: A manufacturing method of a safety aid device for a bathroom is as follows. A steel pipe is prepared to be inserted into a coating pipe(S100). An adhesive layer is formed by spraying adhesive on the surface of the steel pipe(S200). The steel pipe is heated using a high frequency heating device at about 180 deg.C for 5 minutes(S300). The steel pipe is inserted into the coating pipe while injecting air between the steel pipe and coating pipe(S400). The air between the coating pipe and the steel pipe is removed(S500). The steel pipe and coating pipe are heated again(S600). The coating pipe is dipped in cold water, is cooled quickly, and is adhered to the steel pipe(S700). The pipes are bonded to each other(S800).
