PURPOSE: A guide device for a roll laser welding machine is provided to prevent a crack in a welding part which is caused by springback of a roll forming beam and product deformation which is caused by thermal deformation, thereby securing excellent welding quality. CONSTITUTION: A guide device(100) for a roll laser welding machine comprises a roller frame(101), a lower guide roller(105), and both side pressurizing guide unit(110). The lower guide roller provides rolling support for the lower side of a molding beam by being arranged between both sides of a roller frame to be rotatable by using a rotary shaft. The both side pressurizing guide unit is provided on each upper end of a roller frame on both sides, and supports the springback of the forming beam by using elastic force of a spring while the both side pressurizing guide unit is contacted through a press roller with the upper side of both side ends and the outside of the forming beam.
