<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To circulate liquid supplied to a plurality of injection heads with a reasonable method. <P>SOLUTION: A liquid storage part for storing liquid to be supplied to the injection heads is provided so that the liquid is supplied to the plurality of injection heads via a pressure adjusting valve, and the liquid is pumped out by a circulation pump from the plurality of injection heads to be discharged to the liquid storage part. Accordingly, the circulation pump pumps out the liquid from the respective injection heads, which reduces resistance in a passage and properly circulates the liquid. Moreover, the liquid is supplied with a proper pressure via the pressure adjusting valve from the liquid storage part, so the liquid can be properly injected. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2013,JPO&INPIT |
