<p>A lens (1), including a lower substrate (12), an upper substrate (11) directly opposite to the lower substrate, a common electrode (13) disposed on the lower side of the upper substrate, at least two electrode groups (14) formed on the lower substrate, and a lens liquid provided between the common electrode and the electrode groups. The lens liquid is composed of a hydrophilic liquid (5) and an oleophilic liquid (6).
