<p>The invention concerns a culinary article comprising an inner surface for cooking (1) made from nitrocarburised and post-oxidised carbon steel or from nitrided and post-oxidised carbon steel, and an outer surface for heating (2). - According to the invention, the inner surface for cooking (1) and the outer surface for heating (2) belong to a multilayer laminate metal composite (3) comprising a first outer layer (4) made from laminate carbon steel with a second layer (5) made from copper, the inner surface for cooking (1) being produced on the first layer (4).
