<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To allow a circuit in which abnormality occurs to be quickly identified when the abnormality occurs in automatic control of power failure and power recovery control and to recover the circuit in short time. <P>SOLUTION: An automatic controller of power receiving and transforming facilities for performing power failure and power recovery control is provided with a display circuit 18 for displaying whether or not control of each circuit is completed without any abnormality for each of circuits performing predetermined automatic control from power failure to power recovery ranging from a power failure control circuit 1 activated by the power failure to a circuit right before a power receiving CB power-on circuit 15 for turning on a power receiving circuit breaker for performing commercial power supply. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2013,JPO&INPIT |
