<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method for manufacturing a surface-treated steel sheet which performs cathodic electrolytic treatment in a Ti-containing aqueous solution to form a Ti-containing adhesive coating on a steel plate surface without causing a decrease in Ti content in the adhesive coating even if the cathodic electrolytic treatment is performed continuously for a long period of time. <P>SOLUTION: The method for manufacturing a surface-treated steel sheet performs the cathodic electrolytic treatment in the Ti-containing aqueous solution using an anode formed of metal Ti to form the Ti-containing adhesive coating on the steel plate surface. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2013,JPO&INPIT |
