PURPOSE: A BMS (Battery Management System) simulator is provided to prevent an error due to power noises and to easily modify temperature measurement range by providing the internal temperature of a virtual battery. CONSTITUTION: A BMS simulator for an electric vehicle includes a control unit (210) generating a plurality of control signals regarding a pre-stored setting value, receiving a battery management signal from each BMS being a test target and judging normality of a BMS, a simulation unit (220) generating DC voltage regarding the corresponding control signal of the plurality of control signals and applying to a BMS (310, 320, 330), a current simulation unit (230) generating DC current regarding the corresponding control signal of the plurality of control signals and applying to the BMS, and a temperature simulation unit (250). The temperature simulation unit includes a plurality of resistors serially connected among power lines applied from the BMS, a plurality of switch units connected to a plurality of the resistors, a plurality of relays being electrically cut-off with a plurality of the switches and controlling switch in response to the corresponding control signal of the plurality of control signals.
