<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To perform a plurality of types of processing to a sheet member by one device by facilitating replacement of a tool portion. <P>SOLUTION: A sheet processing device comprises a processing roll 4 including a roll body and a tool portion 43. The tool portion 43 is inserted into the roll body and detachably attached to the roll body. The tool portion 43 includes a plurality of first projections 432 and a plurality of second projections 433, disposed on an outer peripheral surface 431 in its width direction. In a sheet processing device, when the sheet member passes through between the processing roll 4 and an anvil roll, a plurality of laminated nonwoven sheets are thermally bonded between the heated first projections 432 and second projections 433 and the anvil roll. In the sheet processing device, the plurality of types of tool portions 43 having different from each other in shape and arrangement of the projections in contact with the sheet member are prepared, and exchanging the tool portion 43 allows a plurality of types of processing to the sheet member to be performed by the one sheet processing device. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2013,JPO&INPIT |
