PURPOSE: A medical suction device is provided to hygienically maintain a medical treatment condition by preventing air pollution and bacteria reproduction due to extracts. CONSTITUTION: A medical suction device comprises a suction pump(10) with a suction and discharge pipe, an airtight collecting container(20) which is connected to a suction pipe of the suction pump and collects extracts, a suction unit(30) which sucks extracts from a patient, a processing reservoir(40) which is located in the lower part of the collecting container and is connected to a drainage pipe, a switch valve(50) which selectively opens and closes a conduit line, and a controller which is electrically connected to the suction pump and switch valve and applies an operating control signal.
