The device has an energized endothermic outer air chamber (2) arranged behind a sunlit, heat-conducting, metallic or ceramic facade (1), which is arranged at a building outer side. The air chamber is arranged through a partition wall (3) of an energized heat-emitting inner air chamber (4) for separating two air flows. The air flows form a circular motion. The inner air chamber delivers heat at an outer side of a building covering (5) or inner building parts by cooling, and heats the building covering and the inner building parts. A shut-off device (7) is arranged in one of the chambers.
