摘要 <P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an exchange spring magnet having a uniform composite nanostructure and excellent coercive force and residual magnetic flux density, and to provide a manufacturing method therefor. <P>SOLUTION: The exchange spring magnet includes core/shell particles each with a particle size of 10-100 nm which each have an Fe nanoparticle with a predetermined particle diameter, an Sm-Co phase composed of SmCo<SB POS="POST">5</SB>and provided around the Fe nanoparticle, and a nonmagnetic film provided around the Sm-Co phase.
