The gas distribution arrangement (1) has a distribution pipe (20) for distributing the gas (G) in a cladding space (M) through a distribution aperture (200). An impact element (30) is arranged at the distribution aperture for deflecting the gas. The gas withdrawn from the distribution aperture at specific pulse is flowed against a liquid moistening region (11) of an inner surface of a cladding portion (10) at intended operating condition.
