The generator (2) has a support (3) provided with a movable triangular wing (5) such that two moving eddies (6a, 6b) are producible over a main surface of a rotor blade, where the eddies turn in opposite directions and comprise a rotational axis that is directed parallel to the main surface of the rotor blade. The wing is formed from a single-piece plate, where face portions of the wing are arranged at an angle to each other. The wing comprises two standing areas that are spaced from each other in a viewing direction perpendicular to the main surface of the rotor blade.
