PURPOSE: A wheel dust collecting apparatus of an overhead hoist transfer device is provided to include a dust collecting unit and a cover for covering a wheel, thereby effectively collecting dust generated by friction between the wheel and a driving rail. CONSTITUTION: A cover(110) is formed to cover a wheel(W) transferring according to a driving rail. An opening unit(111) is protruded in the cover not to be contacted with the driving rail. Dust absorbed through the opening unit is discharged through an inlet(112) after passing an absorption guide(113). A dust collecting unit(120) collects the dust generated in the wheel. An absorption path(130) connects the cover and the dust collecting unit.
