PURPOSE: A jig device for a laser welding is provided to improve a welding quality by ongoing a laser welding in a sealed state inside a jig case, and to provide a pleasant working condition by blocking a welding gas or a reflection light generated in a laser welding. CONSTITUTION: A jig device for a laser welding comprises a jig base(3), a jig case(7), a laser optic head(11), a clamping unit(20), and an exhaust unit(30). The laser optic head is installed at an upside inside the jig case through a forward and backward guider and a right and left guider. The clamping unit restricts a panel material which is put into either side through each material inlet port on the jig base. A clamping block having a beam irradiation hole is downward supported on the jig base by an elastic force of a spring in a bottom inside the jig case. The exhaust unit ejects to an outside by inhaling a welding gas generated in a laser welding through a gas inlet formed in a beam irradiation hole inner periphery of a clamping block.
