METHOD FOR FABRICATING TRANSFER PRINTING SUBSTRATE USING CONCAVO-CONVEX STRUCTURE, TRANSFER PRINTING SUBSTRATE FABRICATED THEREBY AND APPLICATION THEREOF

PURPOSE: A manufacturing method of a substrate for imprint printing, using a concavo-convex structure is provided to maintain an arrangement of a high polymer substrate by uniting a handling substrate with the concavo-convex structure even in case a sacrificial layer which is formed between the high polymer substrate and the handling substrate is removed. CONSTITUTION: A manufacturing method of a substrate for imprint printing comprises the following steps: (i) preparing a handling substrate formed with a concavo-convex structure; (ii) forming a sacrificial layer on the handling substrate according to the concavo-convex structure; (iii) forming a high polymer substrate equipped with a protrusion filling the concave part of the concavo-convex structure by coating high polymers on the handling substrate formed with the sacrificial layer; and (iv) removing the sacrificial layer. The manufactured substrate for imprint printing comprises: the handling substrate formed with the concavo-convex structure; and the high polymer substrate positioned on the concavo-convex structure of the handling substrate, and equipped with the protrusion which is inserted into the concave part of the concavo-convex structure.
