PURPOSE: A bumper beam unit for a vehicle is provided to improve collision absorption performance by sufficiently inducing the absorption of shock energy in a crash box by mounting a reinforcement member between both ends of a bumper beam and a stay and by suppressing collapse of both ends of a bumper beam when the vehicle collides. CONSTITUTION: A bumper beam unit(1) comprises a bumper beam(3), a stay(5), and a reinforcement member(10). The bumper beam is formed as a closed cross section shaped beam. The stay is assembled on both rear ends of the bumper beam. The reinforcement member connects the both ends of the bumper beam and each outer surface of the stay.
