摘要 <P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method for producing an aluminum alloy plate for lithographic printing form plate, by which the uniformity of the surface roughening treatment of the plate by electrolytic etching is improved, and the aluminum alloy plate for lithographic printing form plate having a material strength suitable for lithographic printing is produced. <P>SOLUTION: The method for producing the aluminum alloy plate for lithographic printing form plate includes: starting hot rolling of an aluminum alloy ingot having a composition containing, by mass, 0.2-0.6% of Fe, 0.02-0.2% of Si, 0.001-0.02% of Cu, 0.01-0.1% of Zn, and 0.01% or more and less than 0.1% of Mg, and 0.001-0.05% of Ti, with the remainder comprising Al and inevitable impurities, without heating it to a temperature higher than 550&deg;C; then completing the hot rolling at a temperature lower than 300&deg;C to obtain an aluminum alloy plate having a plate thickness of 2-6 mm; and finishing the aluminum alloy plate after the hot rolling into a predetermined final plate thickness by subjecting it to cold rolling at a cold rolling rate of 80% or more, without applying an intermediate annealing to the hot-rolled aluminum alloy plate. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2013,JPO&INPIT
