<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To improve operability of maintenance operation and the like for a gas cell and to lower the cost. <P>SOLUTION: Two plane mirrors constituting the gas cell are constituted as a plane mirror unit fixed in parallel to both ends of a cylindrical member or three or more columns of the same size, and are arranged in a measurement space. Further, the plane mirror unit is made taller than an installation depth so that the plane unit can be gripped only by removing one lid.
