PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a crystal vibration piece, a crystal device, and a crystal vibration piece manufacturing method, in which crystal vibration pieces can be easily folded away from a crystal wafer.

SOLUTION: A crystal vibration piece (130) is formed in shape of a rectangle from a crystal material as the base material. The crystal vibration piece (130) has a pair of first sides (137a) extending in a first direction and a pair of second sides (137b) extending in a second direction perpendicular to the first direction. On at least one of the first sides is formed with a concavity (133) which sinks to the inside of the crystal vibration piece or a salient protruding to the outside of the crystal vibration piece. The side face of the concavity and the salient is formed by a first cleavage plane (134a) which is the cleavage plane of the crystal material and a second cleavage plane (134b) which is the cleavage plane facing a different direction than the first cleavage plane.
