SOLAR CELL AND METHOD OF FABRICATING THE SAME

PURPOSE: A solar cell and a method for fabricating the same are provided to improve device efficiency by increasing about 100 times electron mobility in a light absorption layer. CONSTITUTION: A back electrode layer is arranged on a support substrate. A light absorption layer(300) is arranged on the back electrode layer. The light absorption layer includes a carbon structure(320). A front electrode layer(600) is arranged on the light absorption layer. The carbon structure is self-aligned in the support substrate in a vertical direction.
