PURPOSE: A primer set for detecting mycoplasma hyorhinis, a mycoplasma hyorhinis detection kit using the same, and a diagnosing kit for porcine pneumonia using the same are provided to quickly and specifically detect mycoplasma hyorhinis. CONSTITUTION: A primer set for detecting mycoplasma hyorhinis contains a mycoplasma hyorhinis detection primer with a pair of primers in sequence numbers 1 and 2. The primer detects the mycoplasma hyorhinis by targeting a region between 16s rRNA and 23s rRNA, which is specific to species.
