<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a polyurethane elastic fiber excellent in antibacterial properties and dyeability with a disperse dye, and to provide a high strength polyurethane elastic fiber having an improved strength that is an important factor for stretchability and a method for producing the same. <P>SOLUTION: There is provided a polyurethane elastic fiber comprising a polyurethane obtained from polymer diol and diisocyanate as starting substances, and containing at least one of biodegradable compounds having a structural unit represented by the following general formula (1) and/or formula (2). The polyurethane elastic fiber contains the at least one of biodegradable compounds having a structural unit represented by the formula (1) and/or the formula (2) at a total content of 0.1 wt.% or more and 20 wt.% or less. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2013,JPO&INPIT |
