The purpose of the invention is to provide a light source device that enables attachment of a globe to a case without creating a problem in either the globe or the case, and without the use of adhesive. In said light source device (1), a light-emitting module (40) serving as a light source is contained inside an outer shell (2) configured from: a tubular metal case (10); a globe (20) that covers one opening (13) in the case (10); and a base (30) attached to the other opening (14) in the case (10). Moreover, in said light source device (1): the globe (20) is attached to the case (10) via a coupling member (70) joined to an end portion (11) existing at the one opening in the case (10); and an interlocking structure joins the case (10) and the coupling member (70), and joins the globe (20) and the coupling member (70).
