The handpiece has a turbine wheel (4) which is arranged in locking chamber (2). A supply spacer (6) is located for supplying drive medium in chamber for driving turbine wheel. A removal spacer (8) is located for discharge of drive medium from chamber. An adjusting and stopping unit is located to adjust and stop flow of driving medium through supply spacer for driving of the turbine wheel. A passing unit is located to pass gaseous medium into locking chamber so that the vacuum is formed in chamber while stopping the counter for flow of driving medium.
