PURPOSE: A coating composition is provided to prevent corrosion of an aluminum die and to provide the aluminum die with abrasion resistance, staining resistance, non viscosity, and adhesion. CONSTITUTION: A coating composition for preventing corrosion of an aluminum die comprises a water-soluble resin reacted of glycidyl ether and alkanol amine; and a melamine derivative. A spreading method of the coating composition comprises a step of spreading the coating composition on the surface of the aluminum die to have a thickness of 10-30 micron; and a step of air-drying the aluminum die and heating and curing the aluminum die at 150-180 degrees for 10-50 minutes. |
