PURPOSE: A method for internalizing a gene into a cell is provided to enhance gene delivery efficiency into mammal-derived cells including stem cells using a photosensitizer applied to photodynamic therapy, and to enhance excellent gene expression. CONSTITUTION: A method for internalizing a gene into a cell comprises: a step of treating a stem cell with a mixture of gene/non-viral vector complex and a photosensitizer, and incubating; and a step of irradiating the cell with light. The stem cells are selected from the group consisting of mesenchymal stem cells, haematopoietic stem cells, neural stem cells, and adipose stem cells.
