PURPOSE: A light emitting module and a light unit including the same are provided to increase the amount of incident light to a light guide plate, thereby improving brightness. CONSTITUTION: A plurality of first light emitting devices(101) is arranged as a first row on a substrate and emits a first light having a first average luminous intensity in a first direction. A plurality of second light emitting devices(102) is arranged as a second row on the substrate and emits a second light having a second average luminous intensity in the first direction. The second average luminous intensity is greater than the first average luminous intensity.
