PURPOSE: A composition containing rasatiol and a fraction of a Raphani semen extract is provided to improve anti-wrinkling effect. CONSTITUTION: A composition for improving anti-wrinkling effect contains rasatiol of chemical formula 1 as an active ingredient. The composition contains a butanol fraction of C1-C4 alcohol extract of Raphani semen as an active ingredient. A method for preparing the extract with improved anti-wrinkling effect comprises: a step of extracting Raphani semen with C1-C4 alcohol; and a step of fractioning the extract by butanol.
