PURPOSE: A vehicle is provided to minimize shock applied to the head of a passenger when the head of the passenger is collided to a cowl panel side. CONSTITUTION: A vehicle comprises a cowl outer panel(110) and a cowl inner panel(120). The cowl outer panel is arranged in the lower part of a wind shield(11). The cowl inner panel is arranged in the lower part of the cowl outer panel and comprises a rear unit and a lower unit(122). The rear unit is bent at a predetermined angle and is connected to a rear end(113) of the cowl outer panel. The lower unit is separately arranged on a front unit(111) of the cowl outer panel.
