<p>The electrical appliance for making culinary preparations such as yogurts, puddings, creams, mousse and dessert in separate portions, comprises an enclosure (5) for receiving six receptacles resting on a base (6) made of a material that conducts heat well. The enclosure is connected thermally to a unit designed to modify a temperature of the enclosure, and has a lateral recesses to place the receptacles. The unit for modifying the temperature of the enclosure comprises thermoelectric elements arranged under the base between the two adjacent receptacles. The enclosure is closed by a lid (4), which rests on a case (1), where a tank is placed in the case. The lid comprises a bottom section arranged between two adjacent receptacles.
