PURPOSE: An imaging device, an imaging method, and a storage media which is able to be read from a machine are provided to change the accumulated time of an electric charge for each pixel line which has the predetermined pixel width, are provided to produce the pixel of different exposure time for each pixel line, and are provided to precisely calculate the compensation value to reduce the exposure stain based on the produced pixel. CONSTITUTION: A traveling controller(113M) drives a light blocking layer(113) on a first pixel line when a first exposure time exceeds from a first reset operation of a first reset unit, and drives the light blocking layer on a second pixel line when a second exposure time exceeds from a second reset operation of a second reset unit. A pixel data output unit(121) outputs an electric charge which is accumulated in the first pixel line as a first pixel data, and outputs an electric charge which is accumulated in the second pixel line as a second pixel data. A computation unit(150) calculates a first compensation value for the first pixel line and a second compensation value for the second pixel line.
