The oil filter unit (1), particularly suction oil filter unit, comprises an oil filter housing (2) which comprises a suction channel that is connected with a suction pump (8). A return device is provided for sucking flow charging, where the oil filter housing comprises a return channel (9) for the guided compressed oil volume flow (Q). An independent claim is also included for an oil pan or oil pan part for a drive, particular automatic drive or an internal combustion engine.
