PURPOSE: A power supply device for an undersea observation apparatus is provided to increase energy efficiency and a lifetime of a system by supplying adequate electric energy according to a power demand. CONSTITUTION: A fuel supply system(600) includes hydrogen tanks(601,602) and oxygen tanks(603,604), stores fuel, and supplies the fuel to a fuel cell system(400). The fuel cell system receives the fuel and generates electricity by electrochemical reactions, and converts the electricity into power and supplies the power to a power demand source(100). A water treatment system(500) receives sea water and generates fresh water. An electrolyzer(300) receives the fresh water and power, electrolyzes the water into hydrogen and oxygen, and supplies the electrolyzed hydrogen and oxygen to the hydrogen tanks and oxygen tanks respectively.
