Electronic surveillance bracelet

The bracelet (1) has an electronic monitoring system placed in an annular body (2) that is adapted to be mounted around a member e.g. wrist/ankle, of a person or an object. The monitoring system has an integrity detection system (4) comprising an enclosure (9) and a channel (8) which are placed in the body and circle the bracelet. The detection system has a sensor e.g. ultrasonic sensor, to detect an attack to the integrity of the channel or the enclosure. The monitoring system includes an internal energy source (12) and a locating system (14) provided with a global positioning system sensor.
