<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a surface protective sheet for use in laser processing intended to be stuck to a surface opposite to a surface to be irradiated with laser beams, which can protect the surface of an adherend and substantially causes no dross at the time of laser cutting. <P>SOLUTION: The invention provides a surface protective sheet 1 for use in laser processing which is stuck to a work 2 on the surface opposite to a surface 2a to be irradiated with laser beams when the work 2 is subjected to cutting process by irradiation of laser beams 6, the sheet 1 comprising a base material layer and an adhesive layer provided on one surface thereof, wherein the base material layer is formed of a resin material having a melt viscosity of 200 Pa s or less as measured according to JIS K 7199 (1999) at 290°C, and the thickness of the base material layer is from 0.01 to 0.12 mm. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2007,JPO&INPIT</p> |
