<p>PURPOSE: A device for supporting a heterogeneous network-based simultaneous transmission service is provided to suspend and reduce a transmission ratio of an abnormal network by confirming a state of each network by using report information related to the state of each network. CONSTITUTION: A communication unit(410) transmits each partial network selected by two or more connection networks to a receiving device through a connection network. A transmission control unit(430) receives network state-related information based on two or more partial data including adjacent order information from among partial data transmitted through a specific connection network. The transmission control unit determines the adjustment of a transmission ratio of the specific connection network based on receiving state information corresponding to a receiving state of the network state-related information.
