The moving device (20) has a rotary unit (40) which is rotatable around an axis of elevation (102) and is provided with a receptacle (42) for receiving the structure. The rotary unit and/or the receptacle are formed asymmetric and/or eccentric relative to the elevation axis. A moving unit (50) is provided to move the connected structure in the direction of degree of freedom of the moving device. A bearing unit (21) is provided for rotatably supporting the rotary unit.
