The tube clamp (1) comprises a clamping ring (4) encasing a connecting piece (3) and a tube (2) over an effective area (38). The connecting piece has a side wall (17) extending cylindrically around a central axis (M) and has a contact surface (39) aligned against the tube inner wall (16). The connecting piece has a sealing area (70) formed in the effective area of the clamping ring for producing a sealing between the connecting piece and the tube, and a retaining area (80) designed separated from the sealing area for receiving forces arising between the connecting piece and the tube. An independent claim is included for a tube clamp arrangement with a tube clamp and a tube, which is a composite tube having an inner layer and an outer layer made of plastic, and a middle layer made of a metallic material.
