Method for cosmetic treatment of hair, comprises: (a) applying a hair treatment composition on dry, towel dry or wet hair; (b) covering the hair that no component of the hair treatment composition can escape; (c) allowing the composition to work over a period of 30-600 seconds; and (d) removing the covering and washing the hair treatment composition, where the hair treatment composition comprises at least one cationic compound (I), at least one caring agent, and at least 30 wt.% of water. Either R, R1, R2 : optionally substituted alkyl-, alkenyl- or acyl-residue; or R1R2 : ring; R3 : CH 3or CH 2CH 3; and X : anion comprising Cl, Br or methosulfate. |
