摘要 <p>PURPOSE: An electric vehicle and a control method thereof are provided to input a difference value of values measured by multiple sensors into a sub-process based on hardware and to allow a main processor or the sub-processor to compare the difference value with a difference value computed by the main processor in order to control the driving of a vehicle. CONSTITUTION: An electric vehicle includes a sensor part(140) and a vehicle controller(110). The sensor part has a first sensor and a second sensor. The vehicle controller has a main processor(113) and a sub-processor(115) being input with signals from the sensor part and implementing computation. The main processor is respectively input with a first sensor value measured by the first sensor and a second sensor value measured by the second sensor, and then compares the first sensor value with the second sensor value in order to compute a first difference value. The sub-processor is input with a second difference value between the first and the second sensor value. The main processor or the sub-processor compares the first difference value with the second difference value, determines the condition of the vehicle, and then controls the driving the vehicle.
