ANVIL UNIT FOR SELF-PIERCING RIVET SYSTEM AND USED THE SAME

PURPOSE: An anvil unit for self piercing rivets and a self piercing rivet used in the same are provided to prevent micro crack and shear fracture of connection objects. CONSTITUTION: A self piercing rivet comprises a head unit (310) and a shank part (330). The head unit has a predetermined thickness and a flange is formed in upper end edge. The hollow shank part is integrally coupled with the head unit and is transformed along molding valley which is flatly formed in the anvil unit. Inside a part connected to the head unit is composed of thickness which is tightly connected with the upper surface of the upper member. The shank part has an inner depth in which penetration surfaces of the upper plate member and the lower plate member are tightly connected.
