PURPOSE: A direct-fire cooking mixer is provided to reduce the exposure to high-temperature air of direct heat, steam the food ingredients, and enable a quick and easy cooking even for a non-skilled person. CONSTITUTION: A direct-fire cooking mixer comprises a cross-shaped spatula(140), an insulating urethane coupling(120), a control box(200), a motor cover, a bracket guide(240), a timer(220), a spring balance(180), a rail(190), and a hanger(210). The control box controls the rotation speed of the cross-shaped spatula according to the kinds of food ingredients in order to uniformly mix the food ingredients and prevent the food ingredients from being burnt or scorched. The motor cover insulates the high-temperature moisture of the food ingredients being cooked on a frying pan and the heat of the direct-fire to protect the motor. The bracket guide enables easy separation of a motor bracket(170), a case, and a spatula part.
