PURPOSE: A disposable holder for popcorn container is provided to secure simple manufacturing as the structure is very simple and improve the price competitiveness of a product by forming with low cost in paper material to reduce the unit cost of the product. CONSTITUTION: A disposable holder for popcorn container(100) comprises a first board(10) inserted and fixed inside the cup holder formed on a movie theater seat; a second board(20) extended and curved on the end portion of the first board; a third board(30) curved and extended at the end portion of the second board; and a binding means(40) where the popcorn container having popcorn inside is united to the third board.
