摘要 A method for evaluation of low-intensity ultrasonic radiation effect on destruction of primary bio-films and prevention of formation of secondary bio-films by microorganisms includes formation of a model of a bacterial bio-film in vitro, with ultrasonic radiation, registration and evaluation of destructive effect. The bio-films of microorganisms in vitro are formed on the surface of a 96-cell polystyrene panel with use of microbial cells that are continuously irradiated with ultra-sound with low intensity, from 2 to 3 W/cm; with frequency of vibrations 26.5 kHz; with amplitude of oscillations from 50 to 80 μm for 10 minutes. Destructive and preventive effect is evaluated with measurement of optical density of outwashes of obtained cultures with suspension media. Optical density is measured before effect of ultrasound and after it, and as quantitative expression of degree of destruction of the bio-film and prevention of ability to formation of new bio-films with plankton cells there is the value of optical density at wavelength of spectrophotometry 540 nm.
